• All rates subject to state and accommodations taxes (11.42% combined).

• All rates subject to $25 registration fee.

   

• Reservations must be secured by a $250.00 US Dollars deposit. (Exception: Mana Kai Maui secured by one night's rate deposit.)

   

• Deposit less $50.00 is refundable if cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to arrival. (By 10/31 for Christmas bookings.)

   

• Penalties may apply if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. (After 10/31 for Christmas bookings.)

   

• 4 night minimum. (7 night minimum for Christmas bookings.) (Exception: No minimum at Mana Kai Maui.)

   

• Full prepayment due 30 days prior to arrival.

   

• Full prepayment due 11/1 for any booking with arrival 12/15 to 1/1.

   

• Check out cleaning only. (Exception: Mana Kai Maui and Hale Pau Hana rooms cleaned daily.)

   

• Children under 18 stay free when sharing accommodation and existing beds with adults.

   

• Studio, one bedroom, and hotel room rates based on double occupancy. Two bedroom rates based on quadruple occupancy, except Mana Kai Maui.

   

• Extra person: $12.00 each day. (Exception: No charge at Mana Kai Maui.)

   

• Check-in time 3 PM. Check-out time 11 AM.

   

• Prices subject to change without notice.

   

• Deposits for Mana Kai Maui should be made payable to Mana Kai Maui.

   

• All other deposits should be made payable to Condominium Rentals Hawaii.
